RETURNS (for online orders)
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Our products can be returned within 14 days of the original purchase of the product.
A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The product was purchased in the last 14 days
The product is in its original packaging
The product isn't used, damaged or modified/altered in any way
You have the receipt or proof of purchase
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

RETURNS (for in-store purchases)
As a small business (and as per the Consumer Rights Act 2015) we are only able to offer refunds/exchanges under the following conditions:
An exchange/store credit will ONLY be offered if:
- It is within 7 days of the purchase date.
- A Moni Boutique receipt is presented.
- Tags are still attached.
- The item is not worn and not damaged.
A full refund will only be given if:
- The item is faulty/damaged (unless known at time of purchase)
- Has not been repaired/modified in any way.
- Proof of purchase is shown (receipt or bank statement)
Moni Boutique reserves the right to decline requests for refunds or
exchanges/store credit if the above criteria are not met.
Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.
You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Moni Boutique.
If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded, but only exchanged under the conditions above.
